I'm still hoping its April fools a day late.... I'm for stem cell research and other research, but I personally find this disturbing.

I agree. For stem cell research but there's something that crosses a line here. Disturbing.
Reply:They've been using hollowed out eggs for in vitro fertilization for a long time. I'm not surprised they can do it with a cow's egg.

This is just a fear of what's "icky" - they are not trying to create hybrid man-cows - just cure disease.
Reply:Christians are against embryonic stem cell research not all stem cell research. And embryonic stem cell research hasn't shown any promise but other stem cells have.
