i used to be a lab rat, you might want to check your newspaper in the classifieds section, they're the ones saying looking for a healthy men/women ages 18-55. Use the number they have and ask for a listing of studies that are available.

University newspapers also often have advertising in them from researchers who are looking for subjects.
