If you have one million dollars to donate would you give it to space discovery research or medical research?
Medical Research.





Space discover is all well and good, but it's unlikely to make much of a difference to our lives. Medical research hopefully would make a difference to thousands or millions of us.





Truly, neither of those would be my first choice. My million dollar donation would go to micro-credit organizations that lend small amounts of money to very poor people, to enable them to buy equipment, merchandise or livestock, to help them make a better life for themselves.
Reply:Neither. Instead I would help anonymously wherever and whenever I could. Donate to a church, help a food bank, help pay medical bills for a family that's struggling, do whatever I could to help people today not 5, 10 or 20+ years on something that may or may not happen.
Reply:Medical Research because then there is a better chance to save lives and then the people would live longer and then maybe they would donate to the Space Discovery Research!

Reply:Medical research. We have many diseases that need curing now; instead of space travel, which I do find interesting but not as important as finding cures and saving lives.
