Why do peolple give to medical research, when they already have cures for most diseases but if the public knew they wouldnt get money,

People donate to medical research because it helps to make better cures or cures for diseases that they haven't figured out yet. It helps to make many advancments in the medical world. It is really a great thing to do.
Reply:people give to find better, more efficient and less painful cures, and though they have cures to many diseases the only ones they are not useing and are those that are not safe to use, they have to publish all reasearch and results weather its findings are positive or negative or if it works or doesnt according to ethics laws, it is public knowledge, pick up a medical journel, they arent hiding anything, they are trying to further the improvement of health, not waste money.
