Is medical research less progrssive than it could/should be?

Does any think that medical research is less progressive than it should be?

How do you feel about using medical results for modern purposes that were obtained through unethical means? (As a perfect example, many people refuse to use Nazi medical findings on hypothermia because of the unethical way in which the results were obtained)

Do you think people of age should have the right to voluntarily recruit themselves for extreme human testing/experimentation in order to progress medical research's findings?

Do you think restrictions on stemcell research should be loosened?

Is medical research less progrssive than it could/should be?
Lets see....12 billion dollars a month for Iraq. How much on medical research? You decide.
Reply:Man you know they are already using all these things for the rich and wealthy but they dont want to give this science to the lower class it will stop the money making scheme there is no money in the cure of a disease only in treatment thats how they get paid just like the oil crisis we have the technology to go Solar, wind ,and GEO thermal but look how that would topple the rich and the structure of power so no the restrictions they say they have are only in place to excuse them from doing something for free
